Cancellation Policy

Players can receive a full credit for the season if they send an email cancellation at least 7 days before their season begins. If a player cancels with less than 7 days’ notice, for any reason, they’ll get back 50% of what they paid. But if they cancel within 3 days of the season start, they won’t get any credit—it’s a total loss of the payment. Credits from the Colorado Lacrosse League can be used by the player or given to a family member, and they’re valid for one year. Remember, no credits or refunds if you drop out after the season starts, come late, or leave early. We don’t take phone or text messages as official cancellation—only written notices count. Lastly, we don’t give cash refunds for any of our programs.
